Do
you have hunting land for lease ?
[All of our lands are currently leased.
Rarely do people give up; these leases. We will put
your name on a waiting list and call on a first come first
served basis.
Our lease prices are based on taxes and insurance fees.
This typically ranges from $5/acre to $15/acre depending on
location]

timber by itself.]

If I own land
adjoining one of your tracts, would you be willing to sell
me some of it ?
[As a general rule, we do not like to break
off small parcels of land. We will however entertain
reasonable offers, but this is purely at our discretion.]
